JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping
- Work with operations team to plan for daily operational activity
- Supervise the received deliveries and ensure appropriate storage location of goods
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws
- Receive incoming shipments and deliveries and verify for accuracy of quantity and quality
- Check the packing of food products by mixing up of various combinations and proportions of spices which could bring a good quality and flavour of masala powders and various spices powders are in correct proportion.
- Monitor products expiry dates and shelf lives of goods
- Overseeing inventory needs and undertaking office management and administration
- Motivating, supervising and train employees
- Preparation and handling of day-to-day documents for delivery and receiving of goods.
- Plan and order stocks accurately and timely to ensure continuous stock availability and control inventory levels
- Walk-through the department to ensure team members are performing their stock replenishment, stock rotation, facing out duties, routine quality and expiry checks to provide freshest possible quality products for customers.
- Monitor products expiry dates and shelf lives of goods

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, wholesale brand consumer products with a preference for the industry
- Preferably with experience in wholesale/retail packaging (curry and spice powder) and good knowledge in products distributions through various channels
- Ability to communicate with suppliers & vendors
- Possess experience working in an Indian spices production facility.
- Possess strong network in spices procurement.
- Must be able to work extra hours and longer hours if required
- Must work on weekends/PH.Strictly off on week day
- Able to lift heavy cartons / sacks up to 40kg at a time.
- Class 2A/2B/3 driving licence Compulsory
- Able to withstand strong spice smelling area
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Ready to drive and deliver good, in case of emergency
- Coordinate between employee and admin Able to take stress
- Able to work in a team with communication and understanding of work flow
