Role & Responsibilities:
- Serve as an Application Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O (AX) / D365 Business Central (NAV), ensuring exceptional consulting services for diverse clients.
- Develop expertise in Microsoft Dynamics functionality to effectively support client needs.
- Engage in implementation projects, delivering comprehensive consulting services including training, business requirement analysis, system design, testing, and ongoing support.
- Design and manage the integration of enterprise applications across various technologies and platforms.
- Assess client objectives and requirements to optimize software solutions for their business needs.
- Provide pre and post-sales support to enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance for developments.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and problem resolution, escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate closely with local and regional consultant teams.
- Assist in project planning and service estimation.
- Coordinate with product vendors on customer-related issues.
- There will be significant travelling involved across the region.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in relevant fields such as Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics Management, Retail, or Manufacturing/Production.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 F&O (AX) or D365 Business Central (NAV).
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
- Exhibit passion, proactive initiative, and the ability to work independently.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and adapt quickly.
