- Plan and scheduling staff working schedule and shifts and organizing replacements as required .
üAssigning tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of works are met.
-To communicate and coordinate with client to ensure we met the client expectation . Attending the operation meeting with client as per request .
üTo prepare and submit the operations report .
-To check the staff ‘s inventory include chemical supplies and equipment regularly .
-To involve in the operation in instances of staff shortages.
-Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned .
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Exceptional customer service skills.
-Able to work in pace environment and positive mindset .
