1. Technical Support:
- To ensure the data in the DNV platform to be up to date and correct.
- To monitor the data every day, check for errors and communicate with respective TSI and vessel and get the data corrected.
- Liaise with Owners/ DNV/ Shippalm and EMS team and ensure the data synchronization is seamless. If any issue is noted, you are require to communicate and inform respective PIC.
- To prepare Lub Oil and paint requisitions in owner specific format.
- To ensure compliance with any other owner specific technical forms and not part of our company format.
2. Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and reports, in owners’ format.
- To assist in preparing quarterly report and Vessel inspection Report, for about 20 vessels in owner specific format.
- Document owner’s technical procedures and solutions for future reference.
- To vet weekly and monthly reports and ensure that the owner requested forms and data are received from the vessel.
- Owner specific Weekly KPI report to be populated for submission to owners.
3. Project Assistance:
- Support the technical team in various projects by compiling data in the format required by the team.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met on time.
