To coordinate medical equipment installation projects and supervisor site installation activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive new projects from Sales team
- Attend site survey/ visit with contractors
- Prepare project documentation (MOS, RA, SWP, permits...)
- Coordinate deliveries to site
- Coordinate site activities with contractors and Getinge Service Engineers
- Supervise Installation works by contractors
- Maintain safe working environment onsite
- Ensure good housekeeping onsites
- Manage and track installation schedule
- Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth project implementation
- Perform all other duties assigned by the Company and/or Manager
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical
- Equipment installation and/or servicing working experience
- Hospital projects experience would be of added advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent team player
