- Must have a minimum experience of 5 years in construction M&E services.
- Manage the construction site and co-ordinate with main contractors.
- Communicate with project leads and supervisors to meet up the schedule.
- Able to understand the layout, ISO and schematic drawings related to projects.
- Prepare necessary inspection and handover documents upon the completion of projects.
- Attend project meetings and able to highlight any discrepancy related to site situations.
- Able to work under pressure to meet up the schedule.
- Manage the workforce and schedule the manpower efficiently.
- Follow-up with main-con QA/QC during inspection and clear the issues appropriately.
- Prepare project report and the changes in drawings for submission to client.
