ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Provide reasonable respond time support to users in troubleshooting resolving system issues (including desktops, laptops, tablets and printers)
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, printers, software and networks
- Provide support in basic Microsoft 365 administrations for on-boarding/off-boarding
- Assist in ensuring Microsoft 365 Power Platform Automation, Data Visualisations and Applications are working and running correctly
- Conduct routine inspection of backups, security and network
- Ensure IT Documentation and inventory assets are maintained
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 - 3 years of professional experience in an IT related position
- Pro-active, dynamic with good analytic and problem-solving skills
- Some experience with databases (SQL) is an advantage
- Knowledge of operating systems, networking, VPN
- Being familiar with Microsoft 365 power platform is an advantage

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work as a team well, and independently when required
- Crititcal thinking, analytical and creative problem-solving skills is highly desired
