Senior Sale and Marketing Manager

As a Senior Marketing Manager for a furniture company, your job scope would involve overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's marketing and sales activities. Your responsibilities may include::

1. Most important criteria we are looking at is that the candidate must be fluent in Korean ( ability to read, write and speak) for communication with our korean suppliers.
2. Candidate must also be very farmiliar with the installation and manufacturing process of furniture including but not limited to office chairs, Electronic tables, Digital compactus system, Mechanical compactus system, office system partition etc.
3. Developing and implementing marketing strategies: You would be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote the company's products and services and drive sales.
4. Conducting market research: You would need to conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, analyze competitors, and identify potential new markets for the company's products.
5. Developing marketing materials: You would be responsible for developing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and product catalogs that showcase the company's products and services.
6. Managing advertising and promotions: You would need to manage advertising campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
7. Building and maintaining relationships with customers: You would be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Managing the sales team: You would need to manage the sales team to ensure that they are meeting sales targets and objectives.
9. Monitoring sales performance: You would need to monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
10. Budgeting: You would be responsible for creating and managing budgets for marketing and sales activities.
11. Collaborating with other departments: You would need to collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure that marketing strategies align with the overall company strategy.
12. Reporting: You would need to report on marketing and sales performance to senior management and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress towards achieving key goals and objectives.

In addition to the above, as a Senior Marketing Manager, you may also be responsible for managing and mentoring other marketing team members, developing marketing and sales training programs, and overseeing the development of new products and services.
