JOB SCOPE:
1. Handle customer inquiries.
2. Coordinate with the sales team to respond to customer requests and issues promptly.
3. Prepares and deliver sales quotes, purchase orders, delivery orders.
4. Follow up and track various metrics related to sales and projects.
5. Support finance team with information needed for various invoicing matters.
6. Assist in liaising with suppliers, follow ups, etc.
7. Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least 3 years working experience.
2. Proficient in Office Productivity Tools such as Microsoft Office
3. Possess strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
4. Able to work independently and a highly motivated team player
5. Willing to work Mondays to Fridays
