- Handle full set account duties
- Familiarize with company's system
- Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and accounting reports
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and review revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents
- Follow up with operations/customer/vendors for disputes regarding payment.
- Reconcile on vendor monthly SOA for settlement
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Submission of GST return
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits
- To assist in some admin jobs and other work assigned
Job Requirements:
- Able to commit to work
- Knowledge of a full set of accounts
- Possess at least Diploma in Accountancy
- Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience in accounts
- Working experience in freight forwarding service will be a plus point
- Able to start work as soon as possible
