Job Scope:
- Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing in all daily tasks and matter within the Sales & Marketing Department.
- Lead and drive sales and marketing efforts in our Company, including identifying potential customers and projects, initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance to Company pricing policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, while supporting customers in their projects requirements and enquiries.
- Support Operations Administrations Executive to prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers punctually as well as facilitate prompt receive of payment from customers and final accounts for completed projects.
- Identify new market trends and seek potential business opportunities as well as generate monthly reports for Management.
- Refresh Company website and marketing materials frequently and organize marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and awareness.
- Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the system.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.
Requirement:
- Diploma or degree in any field of study. Candidates without experiences are welcome to apply.
- Able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings as well as AutoCAD will be an advantage.
