3 months UAT Support Analyst, Group Finance
- Support UAT Test manager on dashboard data compilation
- Prepare helpdesk query data for analysis
- Execute test scripts
- Document and evidence the test results and screenshots into JIRA
- Track the issue till resolution and retesting
- Able to explain issues and what was performed to workstream supervisors
