Requirement:
- Bachelor in Human Resources, Psychology, IT, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years' track record of effectively working with Human Resources Operations or Customer Service delivery and strategy
- Experience in data migration and system implementation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with HR processes and systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
