We are looking for one full-time Social Media Manager to join our team at our business expansion phase of our office to support our management team by leveraging social media to drive revenue and manage our brand’s online reputation.
Are you a passionate and creative individual who is familiar with managing and growing social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu. If you have an exposure to creating content, monitoring, analyzing performance and engage users across multiple platforms, with a knack for written and verbal communication, and enjoy working in an interactive environment, you will be an excellent fit for the role.
Job requirements:
- Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote our brand and drive engagement.
- Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics.
- Manage outreach with third-party influencers and plan live events, webinars or conferences.
- Good understanding and an eye for detail for both long-form and short-form videos.
- Expertise in developing and executing effective social media strategies.
- Strong data analytical skills to provide meaningful and accurate insights and reports to stakeholders
- Familiarity with customer service and customer relations.
- Staying up-to-date with social media trends and technology, and quickly adapt and apply new techniques.
- Ability to work both independently and with different teams and manage multiple tasks with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the management team to establish and maintain an assertive brand outreach on social platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives such as creating engaging content, including images, videos and text.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts & interactions with followers, including managing clients’ feedback, on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu.
- Produce and edit high-quality videos for our social media platforms.
- Support social marketing efforts for other channels, such as SEO/SEM/PR campaigns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns and inquiries from the media.
Preferred skills & qualifications
- Diploma in e-commerce marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content writing, or social media management
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (like Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing techniques.
- Knowledge of social media management tools (like Buffer and Hootsuite).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Graphic design skills are a plus.
- Proficient in using Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing.
