Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Lead team and consultants in implementation of local private, commercial and public projects.
- Well versed in local residential projects (HDB & Condo) will be an advantage.
- Direct design development towards architectural intent.
- Fulfill client and authorities requirements.
- Minimum 5 years local experience in project management.
- Flair in design development and detailing.
- Knowledge of local authority requirements.
- Master or Bachelor of Architecture equivalent (Recognised by BOA Singapore).
- Proficient in ACAD, Sketch up, Revit and/or ArchiCad.
- Working schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9am-6pm.
- Location: Central, Singapore.
