Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders from executive management, internal business units, clients, external supplier partners and vendors.
- Oversee the appointed subcontractors in maintenance and management of properties. Assigning maintenance work to on-site handyman/technician to follow-up and update status of completion in the system
- Manage the fault reporting system with daily building repair works, implementation of preventive and corrective programs, etc.
- Implementation of preventive, corrective programs, defects liability management program (DLP), project works, etc. if required.
- Manage matters relating to security and safety matters including faults, breakdowns, malfunctions, irregularities, etc.
- Ensure all requests, queries, feedback and/or complaints are dealt with within a specific timescale, prioritized according to their urgency, and the requestors are always kept informed and updated of the progress and status on these requests, queries, feedback and/or complaints.
- Log in all the above requests, queries, feedback and/or complaints in Facilities Management and Fault Reporting Tracking System, and escalate/convey/communicate such requests, queries, feedback and/or complaints to the Site Lead, relevant contractors, cleaning supervisors, security personnel as well as the authorized representatives for their respective follow-up actions.
- Responsible for space management (including lockers), details of new occupancy updates, etc. as an when required.
- Assist Site Lead in generating weekly/monthly print-out reports, including consolidation of data and information, filing, and indexing of Service Reports and Log Sheets, etc for analysis and submissions of reports.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates should have at least GCE O Level certificate with 3 years of experience in Facilities Management
- Outgoing and vocal with good communications skill.
- Excellent client management skills in a corporate environment and a strong team player.
- Proactive and independent.
- Familiar with CMMS for work order management;
- Dynamic and multi-tasking capabilities.
