Job Description:
-Draft, review, and revise business contracts; provide legal advice and support to mitigate contract risks.
-Manage and update various legal documents such as contracts and agreements, ensuring proper organization and archiving.
-Handle legal disputes and litigation involving the company to protect its legal rights and interests.
-Perform secretarial duties related to the Board of Directors and Shareholders' meetings.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, preferably from a prestigious university, with over 10 years of legal experience in the technical sector.
-Strong legal analysis, risk identification, and problem-solving skills, capable of independently handling complex legal issues.
-Excellent written communication skills and the ability to draft high-quality legal documents and effectively communicate with internal and external parties.
-Good team collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to lead the legal team in completing tasks.
-High professional ethics and dedication, with the ability to handle work pressure and challenges.
-Business proficiency in English and Chinese.
