Our healthcare client is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join their team as a Marketing and Business Development Assistant Manager, focusing on Allied Health & Pharmacy Operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our marketing communications efforts and supporting business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and collaborate with project stakeholders to develop new collateral, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organisation's brand guidelines.
- Drive sustainability efforts by transitioning collateral from printed to electronic formats.
- Support the departments in developing new services and revenue streams.
- Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to devise strategies for cost recovery and sustained profitability.
- Manage assigned projects from inception to completion, collaborating with stakeholders to implement initiatives that enhance patient experience.
- Track project milestones, address issues promptly, and ensure timely resolution.
- Integrate with below-the-line and social media initiatives to enhance brand awareness and foster positive recall.
- Assist in creating and updating educational resources for Rehabilitation and Dietetics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at content editing and creation.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design and video editing software; strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
