Key Responsibilities
Anticipates areas for improvement and provides feedback on innovation for digital tools across sites. Works with technology groups on areas of improvement Globally the power user serves as the main point of contact for customer site digital tools
Internally and externally communicates complex ideas to senior levels anticipating potential objections and driving change.
Leads problem solving of highly complex problems. Provides feedback on learning to DT system owners.
Refines application packages and feeds back areas for improvement.
Provides mentoring on specific troubleshooting examples with detailed understanding of signals and systems. Expert in communicating BKM modeling techniques
