Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans and reports
- Prepare materials for submission
- Ensuring resources & equipment are always available and allocating to meet requirements
- Organizing logistics
- Organize, keep and maintain project documents appropriately
- Provide support to Project Manager
- Being point of contact for all working groups
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Ensure all contractors are safety inducted and issued with permit before work commencement
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge and experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications and project management tools
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese, spoken and written is essential
- Relevant work experience
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to manage and priorities tasks and time efficiently
