JOB DESCRIPTION
· Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve marketing and business goals
· Create original, high-quality content, including text, image, and video content
· Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules and timely content updates
· Prepare reports on key metrics, trends, and campaign performance to optimise strategies
· Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting strategies
· Monitor brand mentions and customer feedback, and engage in online conversations
· Coordinate with marketing, PR, and sales teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives
· Interact with clients or stakeholders to understand their social media needs and objectives
· Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Strong creative skills to develop engaging content and innovative campaigns
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies
