Our client is a leading firm in the civil engineering sector, renowned for delivering high-quality construction projects. We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Personal Assistant to support their Managing Director in various administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and proofread professional correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information flow.
- Maintain a basic understanding of construction projects, including timelines, milestones, and potential challenges (with the guidance from project team)
- Assist the Managing Director in monitoring site operations (through reports or briefings).
- Facilitate communication between the Managing Director and project teams.
- Prepare presentations and reports as required by the Managing Director.
- Logistics management for the Managing Director (if applicable).
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Degree in relevant field Business Administration, Construction Management preferred or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- People-oriented with a focus on building rapport and positive working relationships.
- Basic understanding of construction terminology and processes (advantageous).
