Job Summary:
- Assist in projects’ execution and closure.
- Provide customer service support whenever necessary.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative functions supporting customer service functions and sales order entities.
- Provide weekly/monthly status of open orders and follow up with the project managers and customer service representatives.
- Perform monthly internal audits for the different projects.
- Maintain and improve the integrity of the data in the SAP database through the reports generated.
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.
Competencies:
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Experience with SAP system software would be advantageous.
- Able to work in a deadline driven environment.
- Highly motivated with strong decision-making skills and able to work unsupervised once trained.
- Good team player.
- Good interpersonal skills.
