Job Description:
E-Learning
- Liaise with manager to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
- Assist in designing effective training programs.
- Partnering with Subject Matter Expert to develop and design E-learning training content WSQ and Non-WSQ courses.
- Produce, update and compile all training material and props needed for E-Learning trainings.
- Assist to develop, update and review E-Learning course materials.
- Plan, schedule and coordinate training with stakeholders, trainers and trainees to achieve resource optimization.
- To administration of E-Learning training records and registration of courses.
- Assist to consolidate and create all E-Learning training SOP, workflow. charts and policies, upkeep and update the company’s process flow in compliance with government regulations
- To assist Manager and liaise with relevant authorities to ensure all audits meet the compliance of the respective government agencies and internal & external audits.
- Other ad-hoc duties
General Course
- Provide administrative support and liaise with relevant authorities of S5G , Training Grants, internal/external audits and mandatory statutory reporting matters.
- Assists in enhancing the process flow within the organisation to conform to SSG/WSG requirements.
- Manage social media accounts, excel and STAPL website.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth running of training activities and logistics arrangement.
- Execute marketing activities according to sales and marketing plan.
- Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirement:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Security Management / Sales & Marketing / Business Management / preferred in Multimedia or any other related field discipline.
- Min 3 years of relevant experience and familiar with SSG’s compliance, regulations, T&Cs for ATO/TP added advantage.
- Preferably with experience in develop and design e-learning content, Moodle, Articulate Storyline and Adobe Photoshop
- ACTA / ACLP certified will be an advantage.
- Min 2 years of experience in Security Industry as OM, OE or Supervisory position will be an advantage/Min 3 years in training department will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Possess strong writing and communication skills to engage employees and external parties at various levels.
- Good time management and have high standard and integrity at work.
- Good interpersonal skills and meticulous with an eye for detail and planning
- Good customer service mind-set and confident in cold calling
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrate initiative, versatility, adaptability and good problem and excellent problem-solving abilities in challenging environment.
