Roles & Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for all phases of the project, designing and implementing project plans to ensure timely project delivery within the time and budget.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
· Plan and execute project within time and budget allocated
· Responsibility for Safety, quality, cost and progress
· To ensure productivity and performance of staff as well as subcontractor
· Plan and monitor all resources including materials, machinery and manpower to minimize/avoid the wastage
· Manage and develop positive relations between the Company and all external and internal stakeholders.
· Provide technical expertise as required on project.
· Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
· Manage all internal and external stakeholders involved in the project.
. Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
· Experience: Minimum of 15 years’ experience in delivering projects of magnitude in private residential building / commercial / institutional projects.
· Able to demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge in Structural, Architectural Design and Contracts Management.
· Excellent track record of ability to manage teams and projects (from start to hand over).
