The Quality Leader will be responsible for quality of our pressure control operations and will work across the supply chain, engineering and procurement teams ensuring product quality and continuous improvement. You’ll get to:
- Have overall responsibility for the quality of our products.
- Drive continuous improvement and process excellence centered on the design, testing, servicing, and production of our products.
- Lead manufacturing quality and services quality for Pressure Control, ensuring efficient and quality centered operations.
- Implement and maintain a robust API Q1 compliant quality system. Ensure API certifications are maintained.
- Ensure cost of poor quality (COPQ) is understood and lead required activities to meet our operational targets around COPQ.
- Drive Quality Programs for employee participation and embrace Lean Six Sigma.
- Manage and establish quality priorities and targets.
- Compile and report all organization measurements on quality and cost of quality.
- Act as main point of contact for business audits, customer interface and RCA's.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 5 years minimum experience in QMS related areas with strong project management experience plus 5 Years minimum additional experience in QA and QC related roles.

- Knowledge of systems integrations (SAP, Oracle, Conformity, Agility).
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, BI, Visual Basic or other reporting software is preferred.
- Software/programming experience preferred (VBA, Python, etc.) or willingness to learn.
