1. Administration & Operations
1.1 Responsible to ESH Lead and Director, Adult& Elderly Services in all matters pertaining to the administration and programme planning of ESH On-site services.
1.2 Recommend best practices for the efficient and effective operation and management of programmes/activities provided at ESH.
1.3 Responsible for achieving key performance indicators - outcomes, and impact, providing progress reports and assisting in data analysis for planning and reporting purposes.
2. Service Development and Sustainability
2.1 Supervise the programme planning and delivery which include developing / implementing service elements that are evidence-informed and of clinical relevance for clients and families.
2.2 Oversee the enrolment of clients into the on-site programmes/activities.
2.3 Manage the programme execution team. .
2.4 Responsible for ground sensing to find out the needs of the clients/caregivers in the area (working closely with the Outreach Services Team) andprogrammes to prioritise.
3. Networking & Professional Matters
3.1 Participate in events organised or supported by SPD and assist the organisation in developing strong networks with other Social Service Agencies (SSA), community organizations and funding bodies like MSF, SSOs, PA, NCSS, SG Enable.
3.2 Responsible for the booking of facilities within the CC and working with community partners to plan for social inclusion activities.
4. Other Duties
4.1 Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
B) JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENT
- A master’s or bachelor degree in any discipline related to social sciences, education or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Disability sector.
- Analytical, flexible, organised, resilient and has the ability to see different perspectives and draw connectivity.
- Confident as an independent project/team lead who can foster good teamwork.
- Able to work in the evenings, Saturdays and/or Sundays.
