A well known bank is looking for a Customer Service Officer (Bank Teller)
Responsibilities:
- Perform front-office counter service duties:Handle over-the-counter cash deposit and withdrawal transactions
Open accounts
Assist with customer inquiries
Attend to customers’ account requests
- Process fixed deposit transactions
- Participate in projects and system enhancement work
Requirements:
- A recognized Degree.
- Some banking experience, preferably in branch banking/payments (advantageous).
- Ability to learn fast, work independently, and adapt to changes.
- Cheerful disposition, service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
