Position: Admin cum Accounts

Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction field is required for this position.
- Assist in Work Passes application and related matters.
- Support HR-related tasks such as payroll processing, onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Provide administrative support for accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Manage office supplies and maintain an organized inventory of equipment.
- Establish and maintain efficient filing systems for documents and records.
- Respond to emails and answer incoming calls
- Any Ad-Hoc Duties as assigned
