Responsibilities:

- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of daily business activities.
- Implement Best Practices: Continuously improve operational performance by implementing best practices.
- Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all regulatory and company policies.
- Mediate Discussions: Facilitate discussions between consultants and clients to reach win-win solutions.
- Manage Budget: Oversee the company budget, ensuring profitability and optimal resource allocation.
- Monitor Financial Performance: Identify and address any variances to the budget.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional service and support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Report to Headquarters: Provide regular updates and reports to the headquarters in China.
Skills and Requirements:
The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: 10-15 years in sales and/or business development.
- Track Record: Proven history of building a regional business from scratch.
- General Management: At least 5 years of experience in a General Management role in the home appliance industry.
- Team Management: Experience in hiring and managing teams.
- P&L and Budget Management: Strong experience in managing profit and loss statements and budgets.
- Hands-On Mentality: Willingness to engage in all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, and operations.
- Personal Attributes: Personable, approachable, high-energy, entrepreneurial flair, self-starter, and problem-solver.
- Growth-Oriented: A strong builder with a hunger for success and growth.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt global strategy to local market conditions.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Chinese.
