Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks
- Manage and maintain inventory stock level to ensure smooth running of the production process
- Prepare costing for raw materials and etc report weekly.
- Liaise and coordinate with various Departments to ensure that the factory operate smoothly
- Ensure that all orders are completed/delivered before deadline
- Adhere to and ensure all employees comply with GMP & HACCP, safety and sanitation standards in production
- Ensure quality control throughout the production process and take immediate corrective measures to improve if fall below contractual standards.
- Check and ensure production equipments are in order
- Check and ensure all the production equipments and items are in order. Report immediately to the Manager if any equipments/items is/are in need of repair or replacement.
- Respond and report any incidents immediately (if any) to your Manager.
- Any other additional duties as assigned/required by your Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years’ of relevant working experience
- Knowledge in the production process, quality control and costing
- Must be able to work in a hot and humid environment.
- Meticulous, organized, independently, multi-task and able to work under pressure
- Must be prepared to work shifts, on weekends and public holiday if necessary.
