IT Desktop Support Manager (EUC)
Working Hour: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6pm, Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Working Location: Central
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Product Principals to manage, deliver, and operate the network management platform in the Cloud, enhancing network services and user experience.
- Oversee and operate the network management platform to standardize network services across all Public Service agencies, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Work with our Central ICT Infra capability centers to manage and operate the on-premises components of the network management platform.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues in an end-to-end manner.
- Analyze root causes, derive learnings, and provide feedback to the specific Product Principal and Public Service agencies.
- Document requirements and specifications to meet the needs of all business unit.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in managing and operating enterprise-level ICT infrastructure for network services.
- Strong technical knowledge of network technologies as the primary practice area, with familiarity with supporting technologies such as Secure Service Edge (SSE).
- Proactive and dedicated individual with excellent network troubleshooting skills.
