Our client is one of the international freight forwarding companies in Singapore, and they are looking for Admin Assistant to join their team currently!
Job Details:
Salary: $2000 - $2500 (Depends on experiences)
Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am – 6pm)
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar (Central area)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle administrative duties including arrange and filing the documents
Responsible for data entry and ensure the accuracy of the data
Handle the incoming calls and emails
Responsible in ordering office supplies such as stationery
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Min GCE ‘O’ Level
No experiences needed as training will be provided.
