To Site Supervisor
· To carry out supervisory roles in day to day site activities including taking care of workers.
· Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintains the required quality.
· Coordinate between colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth transition of works and eliminate abortive works through regular discussions.
· To supervise subcon works and ensure subcontractor’s progress in accordance to schedule.
· Ensure proper preparation of work areas to carry out the works and ensure adequate materials preparation for execution.
· To coordinate with client’s supervisory staffs on a day to day activities, inspections, etc.
· To liaise with Main-con and other contractors to ensure smooth operation.
· Monitor performance of subcontractors, evaluate the progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adhering to schedule.
Job Requirements:
-Candidates must possess at least a Primary/Secondary/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/College, Professional Certificate/Nitec in any field
