- The scope of Services for the Onshore IT System/Business Analyst shall be as follows:
- Maintain Project Management Office (PMO), track assets & documentations and monitoring of progress;
- Collaborate with business & technology stakeholders, work closely with external parties, ICT providers or government agencies and manage outsourcing vendors for systems operational and maintenance works and new initiatives/enhancements;
- Offer support in managing, maintaining, and testing IT application systems, ensuring their efficient operation and functionality;
- Provide advisory role and guide team members on development of IT solutions to meet business and Authority’s needs;
- Co-ordinate and facilitate the audit reviews that can be conducted by party authorized by the Authority;
- Review project deliverables (e.g. system documentations, monthly project report, log review for privileged user access, test plan, test reports, application design/ code) to ensure the completeness for acceptance; and
- Ensure that the project delivery complies with relevant policies, standards, and guidelines, and identify and address any compliance gaps.
