We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team in an Assistant Manager or HR Manager role, renowned luxury fashion retail company. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in talent acquisition, payroll, and employee relations. This role requires someone who has previously managed at least one staff member and preferably has experience in the F&B industry. Experience in retail is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Payroll Administration:
- Oversee and manage payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and employee benefits.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to support a healthy workplace culture.
HR Operations:
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.
Team Management:
- Supervise and mentor junior HR staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Compliance and Policy Development:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Currently in an Assistant Manager role or higher.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, payroll management, and employee relations.
- Experience in the F&B industry is required; retail experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, bubbly, and approachable personality.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff.
