Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in working with various departments to handle office administration matters such as warrant cards, security passes, fixed assets, user training, etc.
- Guided by the office management team, the contract staff may assist in reviewing and streamline current workflow and conduct system user acceptance tests to enhance our system functions.
Requirements:
- Previous Administrative Experience of 1-2 years in an administrative role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good level of accuracy and attention to details
- Comfortable with numbers and analysing large volumes of data accurately
- Ability to identify and escalate issues promptly
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and environments
- Ability to work well in a team setting and support colleagues and stakeholders
- Independent worker who can carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines
