Responsibilities
- Lead project team in project management activities to ensure successful project establishment and timely project completion
- Plan and allocate manpower and resources to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule
- Experienced in managing and working closely with Developers, UI/UX designers, and QA
- Create minimum viable product (MVP) solutions for rapid implementation, ensuring scalability for future enhancements.
- Managing User Testing and Feedback.
- Organize and facilitate user pilot testing sessions, gather feedback, and training materials for product features and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to users, managing project scope, timelines, budget, resources, and risks effectively.
- Monitor and control project expenditure and progress and submit reports regularly
- Enforce operational work process flows in the implementation of all projects
- Assist Sales in business development activities where required
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Product Manager, with management and leadership experience
- Well-trained in people management & is able to lead & inspire teams to accomplish objectives & targets
- Proven Product Development experience with technically complex enterprise systems, from ideation to delivery, with demonstrated ownership of product strategy and solution design.
- Technical Knowledge in web application development and cloud technologies, with the ability to contribute to architectural decisions and comprehend technical limitations
- Familiarity with UI/UX concepts and the ability to articulate requirements using workflow diagrams and wireframe mockups
- Software development experience in API and Database Design
- Expertise in Agile project management methodologies
- Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new solutions and challenging the status quo, motivated by solving complex and challenging problems
