Principle Responsibilities
- Process customers’ cards & unsecured loans details in Bank’s operating systems
- Process disbursement and fee payments relating to cards and unsecured loans
- Prepare payment instructions / advices and notification letters to stakeholders and customers
- Handle customer enquiries
- Manage ad-hoc project assigned by Team Manager
- Escalate any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager
- Assist Team Manager by providing ideas / initiatives in improving the existing workflow
- Collection of items from Vendors/Stakeholders
Profile/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance or Accountancy.
- Good working knowledge and understanding of corporate/commercial banking products and related facility.
- Good analytical skill
