Job Description
• Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax, and bank reconciliation, etc.
• Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal
• Prepare quarterly financial & management reports and annual financial statements
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, local tax and government authorities where required.
• Manage, supervise and counselling of the Finance team on work performance, expectations and training.
• Liaise with banks on banking transactions
Job Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting & Finance
• Experience with accounting software i.e AutoCount
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to handle ambiguity and confidentiality
• Ensuring compliance with current accounting standards
• Good inventory knowledge
• Support audit and tax queries
• Assist with ad-hoc duties when assigned
