Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and functional designs.
• Create user flows, process flows and maps to communicate the customer journey and system integration points.
• Design process changes on policy servicing process and transactions to integrate seamlessly with STP enabled transactions from CWS.
• Support policy servicing function process streamlining.
• Support process/transactions changes with compliance and adherence to regulations.
• Assess the impact and changes to business rules and system.
• Provide the user requirements to the BA for the respective transactions that we want to enable in the CWS.
• Support key deliverables in projects, system enhancements and processes that are compliance with regulatory and risk management controls, corporate policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders on deliverables outputs, timelines and requirement criteria.
• Identify and evaluate system gaps and solutions.
• Co-ordinate with and gather requirements from different teams to ensure accurate and complete information for the users.
• Works closely with business analysts, developers, business users and team members to understand business requirements.
• Prepare documentation and update operations guide.
• Periodic fact checks post implementation to ensure that digital enablement of transactions in CWS work as per expected (submission, processing data, workflow and executed in CAS)
• Establish User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scenarios and execute UAT plans in accordance with the agreed timeline and specifications. Ensure quality of UAT for successful implementation to production
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in BA role

• Strong detail orientation
• An effective facilitator for the squad to deliver incremental and iterative units of business value
• Has a natural ability to breakdown, decompose and describe business needs into Stories supporting an iterative and incremental delivery model
• Constantly learns from both success and failure
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities that enable you to manage through creative abrasion
• Good verbal and written communication; able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes
• Requirement analysis and user stories + acceptance criteria writing
• Basic test management skillsets
• Proficient stakeholder management
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
