Morgan McKinley is hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our client's team for a 12 months contract with possibility to extend or to go permanent!. The client is in the Banking sector.
Shift Hours:
- 8.5 hours/day (8 AM-1:30 AM) with a 1-hour meal break.
- 5.5 days work week including weekends (Off days will not be consecutive in a row)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone calls related to account servicing, product inquiries, and help desk requests, as well as provide support for campaigns.
- Follow through on case handling and maintain effective communication with customers.
- Ensure compliance with group standards and control regulations in the execution of customers' inquiries and transaction requests.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality for both the bank and customers' information.
Job Requirements:
- At least with 1 year of experience as Customer Service Rep/Officer in Call Centre/Contact Centre environment, open to all industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must be open to work flexible hours (shifting schedule), including weekends and overtime.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
