Our client is a reputable freight forwarding company currently expanding their team. They are seeking dedicated Shipping Executives to manage their growing operations.
One role focuses on handling sea imports, ensuring efficient coordination and timely delivery of shipments. The other role concentrates on managing sea exports, overseeing the entire export process from documentation to final delivery. Both positions offer an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate import/export shipments for customers.
- Communicate with air/sea freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of shipments to various destinations.
- Prepare and process import/export shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Permits).
- Manage additional responsibilities related to shipping documentation.
- Generate reports as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks such as billing, costings, and following up on payments.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in handling shipping documentation and freight operations.
- Training and support will be provided.
- Must possess a receptive personality with initiative, flexibility, and strong team spirit.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
Working Details:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
