Responsibilities
Assist project managers in project implementation, planning, budget coordination, oversee, documentation for all the assigned projects
To perfrom site survey, drawing and schedule installation works
Liaise and coordinate with clients, subcontractor, supplir and building management
To oversee, monitor and schedule work assignment to worker
Supervise the site progress including attend meeting
Ensure service delivery and timely submission of reports for the completed project
Check and verify the project claim before claim submission
Maintain and update of inventory record
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Diploma, preferably in Engineering discipline.
Must possess good oral and written English communication skills.
Must possess good oral Malay communication skills
Good interpersonal skill and computer knowledge, e.g., Excel and Word
Fresh / Entry Level or prefer 1-2 years relevant experience in project operations or plant maintenance
Able to work under pressure & meet internal & customer deadlines, independent, strong commitment & good interpersonal skills
Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks with good attention to details
