Roles & Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive support for the director, covering all secretarial tasks.
• Coordinate the director’s calendar, including organizing travel.
• Manage the director’s email communications.
• Plan and arrange business meetings.
• Oversee the director’s expense reports and reimbursements.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a secretary role.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Friendly personality with a positive attitude.
• Capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Resourceful and dependable.
• Discretion and confidentiality in scope of work
• Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin
