RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategy Development
- Market Research: Conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Campaign Planning: Developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business goals.
2. Content Creation and Management
- Content Strategy: Creating and managing content strategies across various platforms.
- Production: Take ownership and to manage full-cycle of video production, website development, social web, online and virtual events.
- Copywriting: Writing and editing content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Multimedia Content: Collaborating with video editors and designers to produce visual content, including videos, infographics, and images.
3. Social Media Management
- Platform Management: Managing the company and customer profiles on social media platforms like Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and others.
- Engagement: Engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages
4. Analytics and Reporting
- Performance Tracking: Using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts.
- Reporting: Preparing detailed reports on campaign performance and providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
5. Website Management
- CMS Management: Managing content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- User Experience (UX): Ensuring the website is user-friendly and optimized for conversions.
6. Collaboration and Coordination
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with other departments like business development, production, and liaising with external agencies and freelancers when necessary.
7. Stay Updated
- Industry Trends: Keeping up to date with the latest trends, customer preferences, competitive analysis, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in social media, digital marketing or related field.
- Creative Skills: Strong creative skills for content creation and campaign development.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English and Mandarin.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills.
