Job Overview
- To provide highest customer care, responsiveness and satisfaction when managing assigned claims
- To communicate with internal and external parties including motor insurers, vehicle policyholders, repair workshops
- To support and implement sales strategies to develop new and existing Aftermarket sales to be in line with the organisation sales target
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Motor accident claims, assessment and overall processing
- Explain and ensure customers understand the accident claim process, definition of Own Damage/ Third Party claims
- Represent customers to prepare and submit estimation in repair cost
- Arrange surveyors to inspect damaged vehicle, finalized repair cost with surveyor and send LOA to insurers
- Coordinate and administer paperwork and invoicing of the repairs to customers and insurers
- Responsible for Service Agreement Sales according to the KPI set
- Further improve and expand the service agreement sales to all customer segments
- Secure long term business by strongly promote and manage the Service Agreement as a profitable business
- Responsible for Dynafleet Sales according to the KPI set
- Secure long term business by strongly promote and manage the Accident Claims, Service Agreement and Telematics as a profitable business
- Actively ensure AR is on-track and collected according to target
- To report AR collection status on a weekly basis to Business Controller
- Any other duties assigned by your immediate superior
Undertake any other tasks, special assignments and project work assigned by management

Educational Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Technical/Computer systems or equivalent
Experience & Knowledge
- 2-3 years of relevant aftersales experiences within automotive industry.
- Share common values with Code of Conduct, high ethical standards.
- Strong human competences in taking initiatives, influencing, interacting, cost/benefit consciousness, fair judgement, people orientation, strong sense of confidentiality, result oriented, strong belief in customer focus, leadership profile.
