IT Support Engineer

About the Role:

  1. Manage infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT rooms, servers, networks, firewalls, etc.
  2. Provide IT services to users within SLA under the ITIL process, including support for accounts, computers, printers, telephones, conferences, and other IT applications.
  3. Develop and implement the regional IT budget and handle IT-related procurement operations.
  4. Oversee IT asset management throughout the entire lifecycle.
  5. Implement IT policies formulated by headquarters at the branch level.
  6. Conduct IT training sessions for end users as needed.
  7. Assist in deploying IT projects from headquarters or the region.
  8. Complete additional related tasks as assigned by the department head.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field.
  2. IT certifications are a plus (Microsoft, Cisco, Huawei, VMware, ITIL, PMP).
  3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or enterprise network management and maintenance.
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Windows Client and Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, FS, Microsoft 365.
  5. Experience with DELL and HP server configuration and management, and familiarity with virtualization technology.
  6. Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting network devices (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei).
  7. Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop and network issues, with the ability to work independently.
  8. Knowledge of IT service management.
  9. Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
  10. Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese is preferred to liaise with Chinese counterparties.
