Job Description:
· Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop project schedules by reviewing contract documents, project plans, and specifications, determining timeframes, and organizing project activities in sequence.
· Monitor project progress, coordinate on-site activities, and resolve issues to ensure adherence to the project schedule.
· Supervise subcontractors, supervisors, and onsite workers to manage work activities and production effectively.
· Participate in site coordination meetings with clients and attend regular internal progress meetings with the Project Manager and internal teams.
· Uphold a safe and orderly work environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirement:
· Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Civil) or Diploma.
· Minimum 3 years of Civil Engineering / Structural experience.
· Experience in structural steelwork and metalwork will be an advantage.
· Good communication, analytical skills and able to interact with people of all levels.
