What will you do?
- To perform customer site service activities involving the installation supervision, commissioning, maintaining, modification and repair of complex Schneider projects along with Engineer assigned.
- Responsible for a region or subgroup of services.
- Performs installation supervision and commissioning of Schneider products including day to day service of the same as per the direction of Engineer
- Performs maintenance for Schneider equipment
- Support Engineer to train customers on equipment’s operation and maintenance of Schneider products.
- Responsible for identifying and reporting failure modes encountered when in the field.
- Determining the cause of these failures along with assigned engineer.
- Solve Site problems at customers site and provides reports on these issues.
- Providing 24/7 support
What qualifications will make you successful?
- At least Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 4-5 years industry experience including a minimum of 12 months power experience with hands-on working on 415 ac 3 phase and MV panel up to 22kV
- Knoweldge in Power Systems MV equipments.
- Knowledge of controls logic, PLC, communication protocols Modbus/ profibus etc.
- Willing to travel within Singapore
- Computer literate and fluent in spoken English
- Demonstrated ability to function successfully across multiple cultures and nationalities
- Verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Ability to interface with all functional areas of the company.
- Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Power Point.
